FlowBarAI Platform Publishing Terms

1. AI-generated and synthetic content

You must truthfully disclose content that is wholly or partly AI-generated, synthetic, or meaningfully altered when required by the destination platform, especially realistic depictions of people, voices, events, or places.

You must not use AI content to impersonate others, fabricate endorsements, spread harmful misinformation, or otherwise deceive viewers. FlowBarAI may pass your disclosure choice to the destination platform, which controls the final label and presentation.

2. Content and personality rights

You confirm that you own or hold sufficient permission for every video, image, music track, sound, font, script, trademark, and other asset included in the publication.

Where a person’s name, likeness, voice, privacy, trademark, product, or protected work is involved, you must obtain all permissions required for this publication and avoid infringing third-party rights.

3. Authenticity, spam, and commercial content

You must not submit repetitive spam, fake engagement, deceptive redirects, impersonation, fabricated reviews, or false endorsements. Product, price, performance, promotion, sponsorship, and advertising claims must be truthful, clear, and supportable.

Commercial publications must comply with applicable advertising and consumer-protection law and the destination platform’s disclosure and restricted-goods rules.

4. Publishing authorization and third-party rules

When you accept and submit, you authorize FlowBarAI for this instruction only to send the selected content, title, description, tags, cover, privacy setting, and schedule to your connected third-party account.

FlowBarAI may perform necessary format conversion, transcoding, compression, thumbnail generation, caption processing, and metadata transfer. Ownership of your content does not transfer to FlowBarAI.

The destination platform’s current terms, community rules, copyright, advertising, and AI-content policies also apply. Where rules differ, applicable law and the stricter platform rule prevail. The destination platform may independently review, reject, restrict, or remove content.

5. Review and enforcement

Illegal content, violent extremism, hateful or harassing content, sexual exploitation of minors, dangerous self-harm content, fraud, malware, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, and other seriously harmful content are prohibited.

FlowBarAI may use automated or human review and may pause, reject, cancel, restrict, or retain audit evidence for suspected violations. Passing FlowBarAI review does not guarantee acceptance by the destination platform.

6. Accounts, privacy, and data

You may connect and operate only accounts you are authorized to manage. FlowBarAI uses account credentials and related data only as needed for authorization, publishing, status checks, and necessary troubleshooting.

Authorization credentials are encrypted on the server and are not written to this browser’s local storage. FlowBarAI may record acceptance time, publishing task, destination account, result, and necessary logs for security, disputes, and compliance.

7. User responsibility and appeals

You are responsible for submitted content, publishing settings, and their legal and platform consequences. If you discover misuse, infringement, or account compromise, stop the relevant publication and contact FlowBarAI promptly.

FlowBarAI does not guarantee a publishing outcome when delays, rejection, or removal result from third-party service interruption, policy changes, account restrictions, or platform review.

8. Application, updates, and contact

These terms apply to third-party publications initiated through FlowBarAI. Material updates may require renewed acceptance before a later publication. Each acceptance authorizes only that submission and is not standing authorization for future tasks.
