Getting started

Register and sign in

Access your workspace with a FlowBarAI account.

Where: Homepage → Secure sign in or Create a FlowBarAI account.

  1. Use your existing main-site account; do not register again.
  2. Enter email or username and password; use the eye icon to reveal it.
  3. Complete the security check and sign in; use Forgot password to reset access.

Result: After signing in, your tasks, projects and assets are available.

Note: If verification does not load, refresh or try a supported browser. Do not bypass it. After signing in, reopen the guide link to your feature.

Open featureNew tab

Creator home

Choose your workflow

Find the workspace for your intended output.

Where: Sidebar → Creator home.

  1. Choose image, video or smart creation.
  2. For existing media, open Asset library, then edit or generate a video.
  3. For multi-asset editing, open Edit Studio → Projects.

Result: Continue in the selected workspace.

Note: Opening a module or reading help does not submit a generation task.

Open featureNew tab

Image workspace

Text to image

Create an image from a written description.

Where: Sidebar → Image workspace → Text to image.

  1. Select a model and describe the subject, scene, style and composition.
  2. Choose the aspect ratio, resolution and count supported by that model.
  3. Review the credit quote, submit and check Task progress.

Result: Find completed, approved outputs in Asset library; check progress in Task history.

Note: Available models, specifications and input requirements follow the current screen. Review the quote before submitting; do not resubmit while waiting.

Open featureNew tab
Image editing and references

Modify an existing image.

Where: Image workspace → Image editing; or Asset library → asset menu → Edit image.

  1. Choose a model that supports image editing.
  2. Select a library image or upload a reference.
  3. Describe what to preserve and change; check parameters and quote, then submit.

Result: Find completed, approved outputs in Asset library; check progress in Task history.

Note: Follow the selected model’s reference limits. A generated result does not overwrite the original.

Open featureNew tab
Prompts, settings and recipes

Save frequently used generation settings.

Where: Image / Video workspace → prompt and settings area.

  1. Describe subject, scene and style; if prompt enhancement is available, review the enhanced text.
  2. Adjust model-supported settings such as aspect ratio and resolution; use recipes to save or reuse them.
  3. Recheck referenced media and the current quote before submitting.

Result: Recipes save settings, not generated outputs or past prices.

Note: Supported settings may change with the model; enhanced prompts do not guarantee a particular output.

Open featureNew tab

Video workspace

Text to video

Generate a new video from a description.

Where: Sidebar → Video workspace → Text to video.

  1. Select a model and describe subject motion, scene and camera movement.
  2. Choose supported duration, aspect ratio and resolution.
  3. Confirm the quote and generate; use the progress and results tabs.

Animate an image or use images as video references.

Where: Video workspace → Image to video / Reference to video.

  1. Choose a model supporting the required mode.
  2. Use the picker to select your library images, or upload images.
  3. Describe motion and camera direction; verify references and quote, then generate.

Result: Find completed, approved outputs in Asset library; check progress in Task history.

Note: These modes are different; reference counts and roles depend on the selected model.

Open featureNew tab
First and last frame video

Guide a video using its opening and ending frames.

Where: Video workspace → a model/mode supporting first and last frames.

  1. Select a model supporting first/last frames.
  2. Assign the first and last images in the correct order.
  3. Describe the motion between them; review specifications and quote, then generate.

Result: Find completed, approved outputs in Asset library; check progress in Task history.

Note: If the mode is absent, the model does not support it. Two ordinary references are not automatically first/last frames.

Open featureNew tab
Variants, count and result views

Compare multiple outputs where supported.

Where: Video workspace → count/variant settings and results tabs.

  1. Check whether the current model or workspace offers variants or count options.
  2. Check the prompts and total quote; variants are not free retries.
  3. Track submitted items in Task progress, then compare them in results.

Result: Find completed, approved outputs in Asset library; check progress in Task history.

Note: Output count, concurrency and provider capabilities are different limits; follow the current interface.

Open featureNew tab

Smart creator

Create, resume and revise drafts

Keep a video workflow that can be completed in stages.

Where: Sidebar → Smart creator → + next to Drafts.

  1. Create a draft, enter its title and topic and choose the available settings.
  2. Review the script and storyboard, then generate or select media.
  3. Select the draft to resume later; use the edit/revise action to change it.

Result: Drafts remain in Smart creator; generated media is stored separately in the library.

Note: Resolve active tasks before removing a draft. Removing a draft is not the same as deleting all generated assets.

Open featureNew tab
Arrange, render and publish

Combine visuals, sound and final publication.

Where: Smart creator → Assets → Finish → Review.

  1. Check media order, narration, music and caption settings against the storyboard.
  2. Save the plan, confirm the render quote and wait for the export.
  3. Play the completed video, check it and continue to publishing.

Result: Review the output in the draft/library and publication status in Publishing.

Note: Generation, rendering and platform publication are separate steps. Check the final video; saving a draft does not publish it.

Open featureNew tab

Edit Studio

Projects and single-asset editing

Choose an entry for a multi-asset edit or a single-asset change.

Where: Sidebar → Edit Studio → Projects or Asset library.

  1. Multiple assets: create or open a project in Projects.
  2. One asset: search, filter and preview in Asset library.
  3. Select Start editing to open the editor in a new tab.

Result: Edits are saved in an editing project; originals stay unchanged.

Note: If the new tab is blocked, use the provided project link.

Open featureNew tab

Open featureNew tab
Transitions, color, text and audio

Refine the picture and sound.

Where: Editing project → select a clip, Text or Audio panel.

  1. Select a clip for color, effects and blend mode; adjacent clips on the same video or overlay track support the listed transitions and durations.
  2. Add timed text and adjust audio volume and fades.
  3. Preview transitions and audio, then save and export to verify.

Result: Effects are stored in the timeline and rendered into the export.

Note: Browser effects are approximate; the export is authoritative. Transitions apply only to adjacent clips on the same track, not arbitrary cross-track effects. Text editing is not automatic speech transcription.

Open featureNew tab
Save, history and export

Render the timeline into a video file.

Where: Editing project → Save / Export at top right; History on the left.

  1. Check media, text and audio, then save.
  2. Select the listed resolution and export quality and request the current quote.
  3. Confirm submission, check the task and play/download the result when complete.

Result: Find completed, approved outputs in Asset library; check progress in Task history.

Note: Changing export settings requires a new quote; previewing does not create a finished file.

Open featureNew tab

Projects

Organize projects and assets

Organize media for the same work.

Where: Sidebar → Projects.

  1. Create and name a project or open an existing one.
  2. Attach your own assets and check the media list.
  3. Open editing or continue creating; select Projects in the sidebar to return to its list.

Plan your content shot by shot and reuse media.

Where: Sidebar → Storyboards, or the storyboard step in Smart creator.

  1. Create or select a storyboard and enter shot descriptions and prompts.
  2. Check shot order and associated media.
  3. Open generation from a shot, confirm the model and quote, then submit.

Result: The storyboard stores your plan; generated assets can be used in the final video.

Note: Changing a storyboard does not regenerate media or rerender the video.

Open featureNew tab

Manage saved images, videos and audio.

Where: Sidebar → Asset library.

  1. Find media by type, search, sort order or folder.
  2. Open a preview; play a video to load its full content.
  3. Use the asset menu to download, favorite, archive or edit tags.

Result: Media remains in your account; downloaded files go to your browser’s download location.

Note: Archiving is not deletion; read the confirmation before deleting.

Open featureNew tab

Inspect generation details and continue creating.

Where: Asset library → asset menu.

  1. Open Asset information for available prompts, creation time, specifications and credit records.
  2. Choose image editing, video generation or import the media in Edit Studio.
  3. To share publicly, submit to Gallery and wait for review.

Where: Publishing, or Smart creator → Review.

  1. Select the video and connected channel; enter title, description and visibility.
  2. Read and accept the publishing terms, review the final video and submit.
  3. Check the publishing task; once successful, open the content and check its completion time.

Result: The platform link and successful publication time remain in the publishing task.

Note: Use currently enabled platforms only. A private video is not public marketing; custom thumbnails depend on channel permissions.
